At Viking, we know we're putting our reputation on the line every time we translate or edit a client's text. That's why we handle every document with total, unqualified respect. We treat each of our client's texts as if our livelihood depended on the excellence of our work on just that text. Our good name--and our business--are built on this fundamental philosophy.
We also believe that offering the client unfailingly friendly, courteous service is imperative. We treat each of our clients as we would like to be treated--with complete sensitivity, caring and respect. To do any less would be to dishonor our customers and ourselves.
Were a client ever to evince the slightest hint of dissatisfaction with our work, we would, of course, immediately set to rectify the situation. Were we, despite our best efforts, still unable to satisfy the client's needs, we would simply charge them no fee. (Fortunately, neither of these events has ever occurred.) To our knowledge we are the only translation and editing company which offers this ironclad guarantee.
